Nylon steeping bag, great for use during boils, dry hopping or adding fruit to beer or wine. Used in all types of beer to adjust color, and depending on amount used will impart chocolate notes to flavor.  Used primarily in porters, stouts and russian imperial stouts. Black malt provides the color and sharp flavor found in stouts and porters.

Gambrinus Honey malt  1 lb
Provides a sweet, grainy, coffee-like flavor. Used in smaller quantities it will impart a deep ruby and brown color. Adds body, smoother mouth feel, and foam stability. This malt is similar in style to German “brumalt”, but it really doesn’t compare to any other malt with its honey-like taste and residual sweetness.  Best used in brown ales, porters, and stouts.

Provides a deep golden to brown color with an added touch of nutty sweet, malty flavor.  Excellent for Nut Brown Ales. American Smoked Malt is smoked with cherry wood.  This smoked malt is more intense with smoke aroma and flavor than beechwood smoked malt.  The cherry wood accentuates the smoked beer with some subtle cherry flavors.  This is a wonderful smoked malt that will pair well with any kind of darker beer that you wish to make for a BBQ, or for any occasion.  Recommended usage is 2 lbs per 5 gallon batch for a decent smoke flavor and aroma. Reusable! 5.2 Ph Stabilizer is made by the makers of Star San!  This stuff is incredible because it will zero in your mash ph to 5.2 which is the optimal ph to ensure conversion of starches to sugars and because of this it will boost your mash efficiency!  If you're brewing with water you're not certain what the mineral count it, then use this because it takes the guess work out of it all.
