In this introductory video I show how to start a wine from a wine kit.  I'll be using a 6.5 gallon glass carboy for my primary fermentation vessel and an Island Mist wine kit called Mango Citrus Symphony.  I first start by adding some warm water to the carboy.  Then I slowly add in the packet of bentonite and dissolve that.  Once that is complete I add the juice concentrate and the corn sugar.  The corn sugar is added just to boost the overall alcohol in the wine kit.  :)  During all of this I use Star San as my sanitizer because it's a fantastic product for sanitizing.  Other items I use in this video are below for purchasing.
