Shipping Policies:
All orders processed before 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will ship same day.
We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical residential or commercial address when ordering.
Please refer to the map below for delivery days for GROUND shipments only.
These items are non-returnable:
Any item that has been misused or abused
Items that are not in their original packaging
Ingredients or perishable items
Special order items
Any unused, unopened item (except ingredients or perishables) may be returned within 14-30 days of purchase for any reason. Returned items must be in their original packaging and must be accompanied by a sales receipt. All returns must be accompanied with an Return Authorization #, please call in advance for an RA #. Sorry, we cannot accept returns for any non-defective merchandise once it has been opened or used. We will gladly replace any merchandise that is defective within 30 days of purchase (once it's shipped back and inspected), provided there is a receipt. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless Ben's Homebrew has made an error in shipment or an item arrives damaged. Ben's Homebrew will be responsible for ground shipment only.
