Description
 
Food-grade acid based sanitizer. 1 oz per 5 gallons. Has a foaming action that helps get into cracks. Once foam is diluted by wort it then becomes nutrient for yeast. Contact time is 30 seconds, which makes it the fastest sanitizer out there. Earth friendly, too.

Don't Fear The Foam December 6, 2008

If you are new to homebrewing you may not have heard this before. If you are a veteran brewer you know what I'm talking about.
This product is AWESOME... It's fast acting and very little waste. One bottle will last a very long time. I have been using it for about a year now and just bought my 2nd bottle.

Highly recommended product!!!
