In this video I degas the wine using a mix stirrer and look out, it's a beast!  Once the wine is degassed I dissolve the remaining additives for the wine into some warm water and add them into the wine.  Then I go back with the mix stir and stir the additives in really good.  At this stage I also added the clarifier packet as well.  Then I'll let it sit for a week or two before bottling.
