In this video I top up the fermenter, and stir up the concentrate and sugar I added from the last video.  Once it's thoroughly dissolved and stirred well, I sanitize a wine thief with some star san and pull a sample out and test the specific gravity using a triple scale hydrometer and test jar.  Once the specific gravity is recorded I pour the sample back into the fermenter and add the yeast to it and let the magic happen.
