Shipping/Policies

Each order will be billed according to this flat rate:
$.99-$24.99 = $8.50
$25.00 - $44.99 = $10.50
$45.00 - $74.99 = $13.50
$75.00 - $129.00 = $16.00
$130.00 + = $22.00

Any glass bottles or carboys will have an additional charge of $2.00 for proper packaging. All orders will go out standard ground unless otherwise noted; in which case the customer will be billed according to the specified shipping.

Outside lower 48 states

We currently do not ship outside of the lower 48 states. All orders are usually shipped in 24-48 hours from the time they are received. Please allow 7-10 business days in any event. If items are out of stock and we understand you won't receive them in the 7-10 day allotment, then we will be sure to contact you. We will not ship to P.O. boxes either. You must have a residential or commercial address.

Returns

These items are non-returnable:

Any item that has been misused or abused
Items that are not in their original packaging
Ingredients or perishable items
Special order items

Any unused, unopened item (except ingredients or perishables) may be returned within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Returned items must be in their original packaging and must be accompanied by a sales receipt. Sorry, we cannot accept returns for any non-defective merchandise once it has been opened or used. We will gladly replace any merchandise that is defective within 60 days of purchase (once it's shipped back and inspected), provided there is a receipt. Ben's Homebrew is not responsible for shipping fees on returned items.
